Help For Weight Loss Tips;)?
The key to weight loss is exercise and diet. You want to exercise 30mins to 1hour and 3-5 times a week cardio one day and strength the next. Next about your diet here are some key tips you want to get all your food groups in grains, meats, dairy, fruits and veggies, some sweets are good. For grains you want to eat 5 ounce of a grains a day. make 3 ounces whole-grains. Next is Veggies you want to vary your veggies becouse that is your main source for vitamins and minerals. you want to cups daily. You want dark greens= 2 cups weekly, orange veggies= 1 1/2 cups weekly, dry beens and peas= 2 1/2 cups weekly starchy veggies= 2 1/2 cups weekly and other veggies= 5 1/2 cups weekly. Next is oils wich you want only 5 teaspoons daily. limit extra fats and sugars to 130 calories fruits you want 1.5 cups daily milk 3 cups daily, meats and beans are 5 ounces try to eat lean meats and try drinking skim milk if you don't drink skim milk already. try and follow this and who make sure to try and stay away from refinend grains. good luck and rember to exercise
