What Did I Just Say...?

After a very spiritually moving sermon at church this morning my husband and I went to his granny's home. While there, my husband said he heard me speak another language he didn't understand. I was not talking to anyone,in fact I didn't hear anything or feel my lips moving. My question is, Does a person hear themselves speaking in tongues?
