Genetics disorders assignment?

I have to choose a genetic disorder caused by heredity, but i have no idea what to do because i don't really understand what i'm doing. So could u please give me some ideas of what to do and explain it in fairly laymans terms coz i'm only 15. i also need a pedigree chart for it so could u help me with this too. Thanks!!
