OK here is what you do.....im doing this diet and it really works and helps me feel better ....do not eat processed food! that means no ham, meats like that, no fast food, no cheese.. eat natural food that grew from the earth like apples (make your own apple sauce, bananas, peanuts (not roasted), raisins, grapes, (yogurt is good for you, so you can eat that, oats!!!!!! yum, almonds, carrots, lettuce with a homemade citrus dressing, celery....and most important DRINK LOTS OF WATER NO SODAS!!! and keep walking!
