Creationists: How do you explain current, ongoing micro-evolution?

Can I just say that I believe in creationism and evolution? There is so much proof for evolution right now I would be hardpressed to ignore it. Since I know God is true and right, the only explanation for this lapse is that the science I previously believed is wrong. Can't God have jumpstarted evolution, giving the Big Bang power? Isn't it interesting that exactly the right things occured to produce life on earth? How can anybody say we were not inspired? I am not random.
