Can you still go to this?

Can you go to he sweets and snacks expo if you dont own a candy store or somethin like that. If so do you have to pay to get in. Can you go to the expo if you pay to get in but have no intention of buying something. Also are there any other candy conventions or expos that you can go to if you have no intenion of buying anything and dont own a store. 1 last thing are there any candy expos conventions that you can watch on tv.
