Does anyone know where I could find info sheets and questions to go with them for a class im teaching?

I am teaching a 6th grade Life Science class about heredity. I need like a short bio/ info sheet on Gregor Mendel's experiments with maybe questions to go with them. It needs to be good for the grade level not to difficult.
